New Head of Self Storage
Le Gallais Self Storage are pleased to welcome Paul Sims to our team as Self Storage Business Manager having joined the business in February 2024.
Paul joins us from the recruitment sector having previously worked at 1st Recruitment Group as a Director for over 20 years’ where he assisted in overseeing the management of the Jersey, Guernsey and Sydney businesses to include marketing and executive recruitment.
Paul commented “Having worked within both the financial services and recruitment sectors for over 30 years’ I was looking for a new challenge and was pleased to be offered this new opportunity within Le Gallais Self Storage.”
With regards to the self storage market he further commented “You can clearly see that self storage demand is increasing in Jersey with our consumer culture, shrinking living spaces and rising population all driving demand from individuals, families and businesses for secure and convenient facilities for storage. Le Gallais Self Storage reacted to this demand by opening their second store in 2022, a state of the art facility at Five Oaks Trade Park and I'm pleased to be joining the team at this exciting time for the business.”
