If you are interested in the property industry, this is an excellent entry-level position to kickstart your career path. In this role, you will aid our team of property managers with their daily tasks and learn how to identify and solve property issues. You will also serve as a liaison between tenants, landlords, and contractors to guarantee the best, cost-effective, and timely solution is achieved.
This role is office-based with frequent site visits where you will conduct assessments, surveys, meet contractors, provide condition reports, and meet clients. Any prior trade or property experience would be desirable, and applicants must possess good IT skills and be capable of working with various software packages, although full training and support will be provided.
