What we need from you!

To comply with CDD requirements, all customers are required to provide the following original documents or certified copies (we can certify any original documentation in-house, but if you are unable to attend our office in person please refer to our Certification Guidelines)

1. A current passport or driving licence

2. A recent utility bill or bank statement that shows current home address which is not more than 3 months old and must have been something which is mailed it cannot be something which is obtained online

3. Completion of our Customer Questionnaire to include details of items being stored within the unit and their estimated value for insurance purposes?

4. Signed copy of our Self Storage Agreement

Please note that until such time as we have received all necessary supporting CDD documentation from you, we will not be able to progress your application or transaction.
