Optimus Point Business Park
The development of a new 95,000 sq ft distribution warehouse on the Optimus Point Business Park at Junction 21A of the M1 Motorway at Leicester is progressing well and is currently ahead of the target practical completion date in January 2025. The unit has been pre-let and will offer state of the art space to both BREEAM 'Excellent' and EPC 'A' grade certification.
