Access your storage unit 7 days a week
We are delighted to announce that we now offer access to both our Self Storage facilities in St Helier and at Five Oaks every Sunday between the hours of 10:00 and 3:00pm.
General comments from our storage customers were that they love the convenience of the stores to come and go as they please, and since opening in 2011 we have offered access between 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 8:30 - 4 pm. We found the only niggle from some customers was that we do not open on a Sunday.
Customer feedback told us this is the day they complete chores and would love to be able to access their storage unit when they can’t get to us during the working week, which for some includes a Saturday.
We applied for Sunday trading licenses from St Helier and St Saviour parish halls and parish officials were quick to turn these around, which was a great result for us and our customers.
We have recruited additional part time staff to cover weekend shifts to ensure there is always someone on site, and there is now a constant buzz in and out of our storerooms all weekend.

I was already very happy with my customer experience using your Five Oaks self storage. The gentleman at the desk is always helpful and friendly, the opening hours were good, and I've had no problems. But Sunday opening is really helpful!
I'm disabled, so I have to rely on my husband and my parents to help me with errands that involve anything heavy-duty like lifting and shifting. This usually limits me to only accessing our unit on a Saturday, unless my husband can manage to make it up after work before you close.
Opening on a Sunday has effectively doubled our best timeframe for access to our unit, so we appreciate it a lot. Thanks for listening to your customers and providing such good service.”
