Situated within the renowned Brackmills industrial estate in Northampton, one of the largest hubs for industrial logistics in the prime Midlands golden triangle region. It accommodates a diverse array of international, national, and small to medium-sized enterprises.

The estate is strategically positioned, a mere 10-minute drive from Junction 15 of the M1 Motorway via the  A45 dual carriageway.

Subsequent to its completion, the property was let on a long lease to a national manufacturing business. This arrangement persisted for several years before the investment was eventually acquired by a private investor.
